How do I get to Sherbrooke?

In order to get to Sherbrooke, please click here. To get around in Sherbrooke: at the time of registration for the conference or pre-conference activities, you will be given a bus pass that will allow you to circulate in Sherbrooke.

Is there a shuttle service in place for conference and pre-conference activities?

Yes. The shuttle schedule will be available in the three hotels (Delta and Grand Times) as well as on the conference website as of May 2018.

Is a bus pass provided to conference participants?

Yes. You will be given the bus pass during the conference registration period.

What meals are included in the STLHE registration fees?

Two meals are included: the lunchtime meals of June 20th and June 21st. Five coffee breaks are also included: one in the morning and one in the afternoon of June 20th and June 21st; on June 22nd, a coffee break is offered in the morning only as activities will end early. Light refreshments and a cash bar will also be available during the June 19th reception.

I forgot something at home, where can I buy…?

Here are two options:

  • Carrefour de l'Estrie (3050, Portland Boulevard, Sherbrooke, Quebec J1L 1K1). This shopping centre includes several shops;
  • Coopérative de l’Université de Sherbrooke is an on-campus shop that can also provide you with what you need. It is located at the B5 pavilion, near the A1 and A2 pavilions where the conference will be taking place.
